We are searching for a motivated and skilled employee to fill the Alkaline Services Manager role in the Alkaline Services department. This role will report to the Alkaline After Sales & Service Director and the role is based in one of the following locations: Notodden, Porsgrunn/Herøya, Kristiansand, Trondheim or Oslo.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Management and administration of the Services Department:
- Ensuring that appointed tasks are performed in accordance with NEL Electrolyser AS policies and procedures
- Promote and establish proactive follow-up routines related to service activities of customers in the After Sales & Service department
- Responsible for creating budgets and plans, invoicing, cost control activities, and delivery according to established KPIs
- Maintain a master schedule including the overall overview of active service contracts and all related activities
- Establish and maintain a global Service & Spare part strategy
- Responsible for securing Nel Alkaline Operations Center service and support functions both for remote and onsite activities, with special focus on:
- First level support and technical inspections utilizing digital integrations with customers
- Hotline technical support
- After sales installation & commissioning
- Close collaboration with After Sales
Key qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. within Automation, Electro, or an adjacent discipline
- Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, of which 3-5 years should be from a supervisory / management role
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- No criminal record
- Driver’s license category B
