Nel is seeking a motivated and dedicated Technical Support Associate to join our team. In the role you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Documenting customer cases and solutions in our systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Providing training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has interest in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology company.
- Has a strong understanding of the Windows platform (client, server, Azure).
- Is fluent in both written and spoken English, Norwegian language would be a plus.

- Communicative: You have excellent communication skills and can express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
