Nel Hydrogen is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will help coordinate material flows, support warehouse operations, and ensure shipments reach customers safely and on time.

Your New Role
As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials into and out of our facility. You will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth warehouse operations.
Working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, logistics partners, and warehouse personnel, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Pick, pack, label, and stage materials while ensuring all required shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
Schedule carriers, manage dock activities, and process shipping transactions within the ERP system.
Generate shipping labels, export documentation, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and audits.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve shortages and support efficient material flow.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, documentation, storage, and material handling practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable shipping, hazardous materials, and workplace safety regulations.
Operate material handling equipment and support a safe, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment through 6S practices.

What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have strong organizational and communication skills, are comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and take pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and on-time shipments. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities will help you succeed in this role.
You'll bring:
High school diploma (GED) or associate degree
2-4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
DOT Hazmat Ground Certification.
IATA Hazardous Goods Air Shipper Certification.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.
Physical Requirements:
Light physical effort with frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50LBS may be required
Use of hand tools and specialty equipment
Standing and bending required during a typical eight-hour workday
Ability to use hand lift trucks to move materials in, around and out of the area

Compensation
The anticipated hourly wage range for this position is $26.44-$31.25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, and qualifications.
